That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.

This page is a special one for me.  Throughout my day, things happen.  There are occurrences.  Some are difficult and baffling.   Throughout my day, there are times when I need comfort.  All through my day, I have to thank God and praise Him for the joys He gives me, and thank Him for all the pains He does not make me bear.  All through my day, I think of Him, and His Holy Word.  This gives me comfort, peace, and rest.

So . . .  Allow me to share those Bible Texts with you, as they come to my mind, at the time those texts are helping me.  Likely, there
will not be a new text posted every day.  Some days I may post several texts here, moment by moment.  There may be extended periods where nothing new is posted here.   Who knows what the Lord may do with this page.

The TEXT OF THE MOMENT is on the top of the page.  The very first text posted is on the bottom of the page.  This collection of texts may have a different feel for you if you read them top to bottom, or bottom to top.

Traditional italics are not used on the Scripture Texts here because it is harder to read than regular fonts.  There are no comments here either, other than these forward comments, and the date and approximate time, i decided to post the scripture text here.  Let us let the Word of God have all the input on this page.

Hope these help you, somewhere along the way.

Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.  And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:  Which having no guide, overseer, or ruler, Provideth her meat in the summer, and gathereth her food in the harvest.  How long wilt thou sleep, O sluggard? when wilt thou arise out of thy sleep? Yet a little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to sleep:  So shall thy poverty come as one that travelleth, and thy want as an armed man.
